Cancellation Policy:

All reservations with All Day Party Rentals require a deposit in advance of the event. You may cancel your reservation up and until 48 hours of the event. At that time, the deposit becomes non-refundable. We do allow cancellations within 48 hours of the event if the cancellation is due to inclement weather. We will call you should your reservation appear to run the risk of interference as a result of poor weather. At that time, you will have the option to cancel your reservation without loss of your deposit. 

Minimum Rental Policy:

All Day Party Rentals is a premium party service provider. We'll never ask you to pick something up from our location. Instead, we take pride in offering prompt delivery of our entire inventory of rental equipment. Since we deliver, clean, setup and takedown all equipment, we ask that you book at least $100 in equipment for your event.

Delivery Policy:

All Day Party Rentals always provides prompt delivery of its rental equipment. We will speak with you and agree on a delivery time. We will always arrive on time. If you fail to show up at the agreed upon location within 15 minutes of the agreed upon time, we must depart so as not to delay other deliveries.  Failure on your behalf to arrive on time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
